Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for writing
You may get x ray done and either post that at http://bit.ly/drmchugh or show it to your local orthopaedic surgeon. In case of recurrent patella dislocation, surgey is required to keep it in place.
Meanwhile, you may do the quadriceps and hamstring muscle strengthening exercises and avoid contact sports and any condtion which predispose to dislocation.
Take care and wish you good health.
