What Do You Suggest For My Underwear Being Green Where My Vaginal Area Is?

Well. I am young and today is the first day I have seen this. My underwear is green where my vaginal area is. And I don t know what it is and in scared. It smells like cleaning supplies. But it s not. And i thought maybe it wasn t an infection and my sisters crayon got into the dryer but it s wet and it s going through to the other side. I m scared to tell my mom): because I don t like my vaginal area to be seen by anyone and that s my reason NOT to go to the doctors. Please help!):
