What Do You Suggest For Night Sweats,ankle Pain And Lymph Nodes On The Chest After A Heart Attack?

Hi black female age 52 3 kids all natural birth 15 years still having serve hot flashes ,were on prempro was taken off due to a heart attack in 2008 still have serve nite sweats,serve ankle pain,when will all be over,havn't had a period in 15 yrs went to er last nite and found out had enlarge lymph nodes r-armpit and chest o also had a stient in for the heart attack

With this presentation, I think it would be necessary to rule out certain conditions like tuberculosis, bacterial infections like endocarditis (inflammation of heart valves), and cancers. You may need to do a series of tests including mammography, biopsy of lymph node, a chest X-ray or CT scan and some other blood tests.
