Hi.
In such a case one of your nerve possibly might have been damaged.
I would suggest consultation with an orthopaedic surgeon. Because your case needs not only examination but also imaging I.e x ray or MRI. After examination one can be in a better position to decide whether only xray or also mri is needed. That will lead the doctor to the probable or definitive diagnosis.
Hope this helps.

General & Family Physician Dr. Polash Sannigrahi's  Response
Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to compression of blood vessels & nerves secondary to the swelling caused by the injury.
As the swelling starts subsiding, you will obtain relief from your symptoms.
Investigations like X ray of the left leg & Doppler study will be helpful in clinching the diagnosis.

Till then, management involves:
1. Intake of Diclofenac+Serratiopeptidase preparations to provide relief from pain & swelling.
2. Pantoprazole preparation.
3. Nervigenic agents (like Vit B6, B12, Folic acid) as well as multivitamin & mineral supplementation.
4. Maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status, take proper rest and avoid stress.

There is no need to worry, you will be fine.
Wishing a Good Health.
Take care.
