What Do You Suggest For Right Lower Back Ache And Heart Burn After The Intake Of Taco Bake?

Hello.. we ate some taco bake last night & ever since then I haven't felt right my right lower back has been just a little achey... not so bad that I am crying but its just a little & I have felt like I have been having issues with heart burn.. i drank a sprite earlier today & that helped with the heart burn but my side is still achey... I am just curious what it could be

1. since taco bake are also hard to digest food making them difficult to break down thus it could be bloating/gas which might be causing fullness of abdomen and resulting right side ache, alternatively check with your primary care doctor regarding any other cause of pain abdomen with relevant investigations.

PS. Limit food including dairy, salt intake,anything with artificial sweeteners, and vegetables like beans, broccoli, onions and cabbage, peppermint seems to relax the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, easing symptoms.
