What Do You Suggest For The Mass On The Pancreas?

My mother had a ct scan done on Monday and the doctor called her and said there is a mass on her pancreas and is setting up for her to have a MRI. My mother is 85. I know this is not a lot of information. However, just wondering what the most common issues. Thank you

Hi. The more important thing is what are her symptoms. It is always advisable to go for an MRI. Since she is 85 years old and having such a rare finding , it would not have been causing any problems till now. Please post her symptoms, and the reason CT was advised.
