Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The MRI report shows presence of pathology in your lumbar spine.
At the level of L4-L5 there is bulging of disc or slip disc in lay man language. The bulging of disc has caused narrowing of normal spaces through which various nerves run. In addition, there are changes which are commonly seen with advancing age. Treatment of the condition is conservative initially, which consists of rest to allow the disc to move to its original position. Physiotherapy and pain killers are also added.
Kindly, consult your orthopedician for further details.
