name : UMA age/sex : 42 Years Female Uterus : Mild bulky in size and measures 7.1 x 4.2 x 5.5 cm. Endometrial thickness measures 8.2mm E/o a heterogenous hypoechoic leison measuring 2.8 x 2.1 cms noted in the posterior myometrium. No e/o free fluid in POD.Impression : MILD BULKY UTERUS WITH POSTERIOR MYOMETRIAL FIBROID

The ultrasound report is showing a small fibroid in the uterus. This is not a serious problem and you can discuss medical treatment with your doctors. Please get another scan done in 6 months to know if the fibroid is growing.
