1.The x-ray report suggest there is haziness seen in the both lung fields with no prominent vascular marking - which is seen in any alveolar pathologies with alveolar filling. 2.It has been described as inflammatory changes in your report - which is well described. 3.Primary complex is term given in case of pulmonary tuberculosis - about which not described. 4.The findings will be fibrosis, cavities , cystic changes are seen - in case of healed infection granulomatous changes are seen. 5.In case of pneumonitis / lung inflammation - a course of antibiotic will be helpful.
Good luck. Hope i have answered your query, any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask. http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-ganesh/62888
