What Does the following X-ray Indicate?

i have a daughter who is 4yo.. she had an xray last tuesday, and the result says: "there is faint haziness in the right inner lung with suggestive perihlar nodularities. rest of the visualized ling structures are unremarkable. and the impression says: she has a pneumonia at the right and primary koch's infection is possible. last week she was prescribed with augmentin and ambroxol. we have to meet yet with the doctor who checked her tomorrow. i have read some articles online and primary koch's means primary complex. i just want to ask if her situation right now can affect her little sister who's turning 2yo and as well as us adults surrounding her? thank you.

Hello,

The way the people around her can be affected is if she is coughing and bacteria is coming out when she coughs.
For now, I would advise you to have good ventilation and sunlight in your living area. Beyond that, the likelihood of infection of the rest of you really depends on whether she was able to spread her illness through coughing. This can be checked by testing her sputum (gunk coughed up) in a lab.

All the best.
