What Does the following chest X-ray Indicate?

Good day!
In our company we have our yearly chest x-ray. my findings is "there are suspicious opacities in the left apex. The rest of the lungs are clear. Heart is not enlarged"

May I ask what is the meaning of "there are suspicious opacities in the left apex"?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.Apical region in the chest x-ray is poorly visualised because of dense anatomical structures.
2.There is a opacity / density in your left apical region - and it is not able to appreciate clearly - which can be seen better way through a picogram ( the x-rays are sent in such way that that part will be more appreciated)
3.Apical region opacities are more serious in terms that they are the most common ovation for the pulmonary tuberculosis.
4.In this case i would recommend to get an x-ray repeated with apical view.
5.If not helpful HRCT - high resolution computer tomography will be helpful and definitive.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
