What Does the following chest X-ray Indicate?

I've had pneumathorax on both lungs and went for operation in 1999.
Operation was successfull. I has a chest x-ray in 2013 and the result says:

No focal consolidation or pleural effusion is detected.
Surgical sutures are noted in both lung apices.
The ehart is not enlarged. No active lung lesion is detected.

So what is the overall result?...will it affect my pre-employment medical check up?
Thank you.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The overall result are with in normal limits.
2.There are no patches or infection or inflammatory features in the lung fields.
3.There are post operative changes in both apices.
4. Other wise lung fields are clear, heart with in limits.
5. If they accept it it is all fine, if any issues you may get a CT to prove that your lungs are fine.

Good luck.
