What Does the following chest X-ray Indicate? 

I had a chest X-ray PAView taken today with the following results: Prominent aortic knuckle Unfolded aorta Bilateral mild apical pleural thickening seen I am male 62 years of age, diabetic since the last 26 years, was on BP medication for 10 years but suddenly noticed low BP & stopped medication since the last 18-20 months. I walk briskly for an hour and half daily covering about 10kms and have recorded 6000 kms in 3 years to give you an idea of my physical activity & don t generally tire. Thanks in advance for your help. I am from southern India, a Vegetarian.
