Just had a myleogram (sp) done. I have severe pain in left leg. IMPRESSION: 1. Status post left L5 hemilaminotomy. L5-S1 left paracentral disc extrusion with inferior migration contacts, posteriorly displaces, and mildly impinges on the descending left S1 nerve root. Correlate for left S1 radiculopathy. 2. Bilateral lipid rich adrenal adenomas.
Hi, I did review your concern. Your myelogram findings are suggestive of disk herniation and irritation of nerve roots causing you severe pain in leg. I would recommend you to go and see a orthopaedic doctor for management of this problem. The adrenal adenomas need to be evaluated separately by an endocrinologist if they are functioning(secreting any hormones or not?). I hope this helps. Wish you best luck my friend.
