Observation : Liver is normal in size and echogenicitv. No focal lesion is seen. Intra and extra hepatic biliary radicals are not dilated. Porta hepatis is normal. Hepatic veins and IVC are normal. Gall Bladder is partially distended and shows no calculi. Wall thickness is normal. CBD is normal. Pancreas is partially visualized grossly normal Spleen is normal in size and echotexture. Both kidneys are normal in size, shape, axis and position. Renal cortical echogenicity is mildly increased. CMD is maintained. No focal parenchymal lesions seen. No perinephric collection is noted. No evidence of renal calculi. No hydronephrosis is seen. No obvious ureteric dilatation is noted. Kidneys measure (L x B x PT): RK: 9.7 x 4.2 x 1.3 cm. LK: 9.8 x 4.9 x 1.5 cm. Depth- RK- 5.7 cm, LK- 5.7 cm Urinary Bladder is partially distended to 56 cc. Contents are clear. Wall thickness is normal. No focal wall thickening is seen. Prostate is enlarged in size and echotexture. Wt - 45 gm. Median lobe is not enlarged. Minimal free fluid seen in the pelvis. Minimal right pleural effusion seen measuring 15 cc. Pre and para aortic and caval regions are normal to the extent seen.
