What Does the following CT Scan Result Mean?

I have had a deep cough for a few months now-sometimes with a thickish-green tinged sputum. Initially had an asthmatic-like wheezing bronchitis following weeks of coughing and not feeling well. There is pain in my left side ribcage with coughing. I had a CT scan that said: No interstitial lung disease is identified. There is minimal apical pleural-parenchymal scarring bilaterally. Minimal pleural-parenchymal scarring is present in the left costophrenic sulcus posteriorly and medially. Is this anything to worry about Is my ribcage pain on the left associated with this?
