What Does the following Follicular Study Report Indicate? 

Hi.. my married life is 7 years. I m trying to conceive last 3 years. My Follicle study report in Day 12 is-
Endometrium: 6.6 in thickness & has mixed echo.
Right Overy: Contains one prominent follicle measuring about 12*10 mm & few smaller ones are less than 10 mm in size.
Left overy: Contains a few follicles only in sub capsular chain, all are less than 10 mm in size.
Pouch of Douglas: No fluid is seen.

Hello

Present report indicate normal findings.
However,you should complete follicular study.It can indicate further development.Intervention may be required if it is indicated.
There is one prominent follicle in right ovary and probably it will take part in ovulation.
Endometrial thickness is also normal.
No fluid in pouch of douglas is a normal finding.
