What Does the following Liver Test Result Mean?

Hi doctor, I am a 26 years old male , previously I had jaundice when I was 16 years old, following are the results of my lft, birilubin total 1.1, birilubin direct 0.2, birilubin indirect or unconjugated is 0.9 other parameters are in range except total birilubin and indirect birilubin whose values are shown above. Weight is 75 kg, height 171 cms .
what should I do?? Am I having any liver related disease?? Can I go to gym or take rest?? Do I have to take any precautions in diet?? Please advice me

Hello

Your findings suggests mildly increased bilirubin level.It is important to know other factors like SGOT,SGPT etc.
If these are normal then it is not concerning.
Mildly increased bilirubin is seen in many persons and it may be due to Glibert's disease.
You may need ultrasound of abdomen,viral markers and urine RE/ME.
It is not necessarily due to liver related disease.
