sir i am about 26 years i got rigth back and vomit so i concerned one doctor and he recommend me to take ultra sound and the result came as right mildly dilated renal pelvicalyceal system measuring 10mm and presence of blood in urine . so suggest me is it a serious concern?
The results suggest that a stone could be blocking the right ureter (tube that drains urine from the kidney to the bladder). In my practice, I would refer you for a CT scan of the abdomen without any contrast (kidney, ureter and bladder scan- CT KUB) to see if the stone is still there or if it has passed out in the urine.
