What Does this 24 Hour Holter Report Mean?

Am just reviewing a 24--hour Holter report on my heart beat. I would like to know what some of the terms mean -- SVE beats, SVT runs, Atrial pairs,Longest R-R, Supraventricular ectopic activity (388 of these, of which 112 were in 24 runs, and 24 were in atrial couplets, 252were single PACs. I am 70, a decades-long runner now stuck to elliptical trainer due top replacement in 2013.. Had lowest BPM at 39, highest at 140, with average HR at 56 BPM, , max HR at 95 bpm. HR is usually around 50-55 at rest, anywhere from 75 to125 doing chores (cutting grass, on elliptical trainer, shoveling out horse barn stalls, walking. Holter showed no Afib, but confirmed decades-long Brady cardia.
