General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,
Understand your concern.
Your leucocyte is is high.
Following are the cause of neutrophilic leucocytosis in preganancy.
Acute response to bleed
Autoimmune inflammatory disorders
Infection
Leukemia
Malignancy
Medication
Thyrotoxicosis
Trauma
Urinary tract infection
Worm infestation

But your hematocrit and hb is low suggestive of anemia also.
So do your body check up for inflammatory disease to prevent future complication.
Hope this may help you.
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
