Welcome to health care magic.
1.The
cervical spine MRI suggest there are multiple enlarged
lymph nodes.
2.The lymph nodal enlargement is seen in presence of any infection / inflammation, it can be localised or systemic, seen in malignant diseases and lymph nodal pathology itself.
3.There is nasopharyngeal thickening - which could be inflammatory or suspicious circumferential thickening ( needs FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology /
BIOPSY to rule out malignancy)
4.The CT was suggested to see the enhancement after contrast and HU value.
5.Level II is an anatomical location of the lymph nodes, largest measurements on each sides as mentioned.
6.I would suggest to get an
ultrasound guided FNAC for lymph nodal pathology. Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query.
