What Does this CT Scan Result Mean?
i have a ct abdomen scan with a report of calcified splenic granulomas seen along the posterior aspect . with mild splenomegaly. impression indeterminate subcentimeter right hypodense lesions. bening etiology is favored in the absence of chronic hepatic disease or primary malignancy This was accompanied with high bilirubin counts (1.9) does this sound possibly cancerous?

Findings suggests calcified lesions in spleen,it may be due to healed granulomatous lesions.These are healed stage and doesn't require any treatment.
There are also small doubtful lesions in liver,it may be due to chronic hepatitis or malignancy.
You need further evaluation.CT guided biopsy and tumour markers can be done for confirmation of lesions.
High bilirubin may be due to both reasons.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
