What Does this CT Scan Result Mean?

Hi doctor, I had a Ct results say that I have small focus of patchy density in rt. Lower lobe medically likely to focal atelectasis and or scaring. Mild sub plural patchy and reticular densities in both lower lobes posteriorly, right greater than left, likely on the basis of dependent atelectatic change. I am 64 y old white male. Parents had lung cancer, sister had pulmonary fibrosis. What should be my next step of action on exploring this? Will this condition turn into cancer? Thank you.
