1.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges. 2.Which is seen at the level of L5-S1. 3.Annular tear means - the peripheral portion of the disc has tear and causing pressure effect on the spinal chord grossly. 4.Tis dis protrusion is seen more on the right posteriorly. 5.The treatment is physiotherapy followed by an operative / interventional .
