Hello Sir,

Welcome to Health Care Magic. I went through your query and I understand your concern.

The markers of hepatitis B virus (HBV) show that you are a good candidate for treatment. Your HBV panel show a typically chronic infection. (HBsAg reactive, HBsAb nonreactive and HBcAb reactive)
HBeAg nonreactive and HBeAb nonreactive show a good presentation, low replication activity of the virus and that you are not very infectious.
HBV DNA QTT (viral load test) indicates that you need treatment, because the level is high.
Regarding your functional liver enzymes, urea and creatinine, they are all normal.

The only problematic value in your blood test report is the bilirubin level.
With such a presentation in my clinic, I would recommend you make a gallbladder ECHO.

Hope I answered to your question. Feel free to ask again.

Kind Regards,
Dr. Ina Zaimi
