Hello,
I can understand your concern and i would like to tell you that these test results suggest that there might be some kind of inflammation in your pancreas gland. So i would suggest you to undergo abdominal sonography to rule out any kind of pancreas involvement. Also if you are chronic alcoholic, you may be at risk of pancreatitis, so quit drinking if you drink.
Abdominal pain is also may be due to pancreas inflammation. so my final advise to you is you consult a surgeon and undergo abdominal sonography and you can get back to me after having result of sonography, so i can guide you further.
