What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

I have been had low white counts for a while now everything is low. No one seems concerned should I be? From your CBC REPORT only positive things are
1. White cell count is reduced
2. Haemoglobin is low.
WBC can be decreased in viral infection like upper respiratory tract infection.It gets normalise within few days ones infection gets control.
There are many causes for anaemia. It require proper detail history plus examination.
I will advice you to consult physician for that.
There is no need to worry about your counts.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Your hemogram shows low hemoglobin level and low hematocrit.
The red cell indices i.e. MCV, MCH and MCHC are within normal range thus the low hemoglobin is not due to any nutritional deficiency.
Instead the type of anemia is normocytic normochromic.
Normocytic Normochromic anemia occurs in number of conditions like hypothyroidism, renal disease, other chronic diseases.
Thus, routine blood investigations need to be done to look for the cause of normocytic normochromic anemia.
WBC count is also low.
Low WBC count can occur after severe bacterial infection, bone marrow depression etc.
The WBC count can be repeated after few days/ months to look for improvement in the counts.
