What Does this blood Test Result Mean?

i am 66 years lady suffering from fever and common cold for 7 days. my haematological test was done on 6th day and found ESR 60 mm in 1st hour ,TC of WBC 6000/ cumm of blood. DC of WBC with in the reference value. Dengu NS1 Ag negative. Widal test TO 1:160 ,other values of Widal test within reference value. My question is what is the diagnosis?Is it Typhoid fever?

Investigations showed your fever and common cold are viral in nature it is not typhoid in typhoid widal o should be positive in more than 200 positive take tab wikoryl tds it contains peracetamol decongestant antiallergic
