Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here macroovalocyte present in smear and mcv high plus there is presence of tingling...
Hence favouring toward megaloblastic picture vitamin B12 deficiency

Rule it out by serum B12 estimation

Usually HB level low and anemia present in megaloblastic picture but there might be early phase so anemia not present

Reticulocyte count investigation also done

Neurological examination done to rule out neuropathy

According to cause specific treatment given

If needed rule out diabetes by RBS sugar estimation

Take care
