What Does this fecalysis Test Result Mean?

Hi doc heres my fecalysis report: yelliwish brown, semi formed, puscells none, rbc none seen, bacteria loaded, yeast cell moderate. My urinalysis as follow: yellow, hazy, pH 6, spec gravity 1.025, sugar negative, albumin trace, epithelial cell moderate, pus 18-20, rbc 3-5, bacteria many, amorphous crystal few. I am 45 years old and suffering from lbm for 3 days now. My stomach ache and have a lot of gasss. Pls advise

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
The fecalysis report you have posted indicates bacterial infection along with mild yeast infection.
Urine analysis report you have posted states there is presence of urinary tract infection.
You need to be treated with a course of antibiotics and hence you need to consult Physician for proper assessment and management.
