hi i recently had a liver function test, the results showed increased level of bilirubin (3.4 md/dl then 2.4 mg/dl). my liver enzymes (AST and ALT) were very normal. my blood test was normal as well. i have no jaundice at all. i feel very fine but am a bit concerned about the bilirubin levels.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your liver enzymes value are normal Hence hepatic injury or infection is less likely...

For high bilirubin investigate for hemolytic anemia

For that following investigation done....
_CBC
_PS examination
_reticulocyte count
_serum LDH

If no hemolysis present then with normal enzymes value it can be Gilbert syndrome like condition in which Pateint lives normal life but bilirubin remain elevated

Take care

Clinical correlation needed here

Hope your concern solved

Consult physician or gastroenterologist for examination
