PELVIC SCAN . TVS Uterus is RV and BULKY in size. It s contour is irregular and myomeyrial echoes are non-homogenous with 28mm and 10mm posterior wall and 13mm anterior wall intramural fibroids. Cervix has nebothian follicles. Endometrial echoes are seen and cavity is empty ET is 7mm Overies are normal No adnexal mass is seen No free fluid is seen in POD Urinary bladder has smooth wall of normal thickness and does not show any space occupying lesion or a calculus IMPRESSION : FIBROID UTERUS This is ultrasound report kindly diagnose
USG findings suggests large uterus with retroverted position and presence of few small fibroids. Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus. Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age,complications of fibroid,family status etc. Its treatment include both conservative and surgical. Choice of treatment can be discussed with your doctor.
Nabothian cysts in cervix are developmental cysts and it doesn't require any treatment.
Other findings like ovaries,endometrium are normal.
