As per the given report your fiancee is having a clinical condition called PID( Pelvic Inflammatory disease). It is a disease characterized by inflammation and fluid collection around pelvic organs like ovary, fallopian tube,and sometimes uterus. It can be cured by prompt antibiotic therapy. Timely intervention is needed because delay in treatment can cause unwanted complications like infertility . The radiologist suspect a possibility of myoma on her uterus ( A fibroid like condition). I suggest you to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated and start the treatment at earliest. She might require antibiotic therapy probably through intravenous root .If not symptomatic no treatment is required for myoma . Take repeat ultrasound after one month to assess response to treatment.
