What Does this pelvic Ultrasound Result Mean?

This is my result for the pelvis scan. Anteverted uterus measuring 7*60*49mm.the myomtrium is in homogeneous harboring echogenic and anechoic subseros masses noted at the anterior and posterior wall measuring 35mm and 33mm in their respective average diameters. The endometrium is regular an intact both adnexae show nothing remarkable urinary bladder is normal. Please help to explain better.

You have to write your age, if you want pregnancy or not. Probably you have 2 benign tumors of uterus which are called fibromyoma. In subserosal position they don't give abnormal bleeding. They are to be checked periodically (1 time after 3 months, 2 time after 6 months, and after every year, because if they enlarg they have to be removed surgically.
