Hello

Your semen analysis findings may indicate semen infection with low motility.
Infection is indicated by presence of few pus cells in semen.
You may need investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, semen culture and sensitivity.
You may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.

Motility should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests over all 45% overall motility,so it is low.
Sperm count is normal. It should be at least 20 millions/ml.
Sperm morphology is also normal.

Fertility is expected to increase with control of infection. If findings persists then you may need additional fertilization techniques.

Get well soon.
Take Care
