What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

1. volume:1ml,2.liquefactionn:completely liquefied,3.pHH:alkaline, 4.sperm count:85 millions/ml 5.sperm motility(motility within one hour of incubation):actively motile:60%, feebly motile:10%,non motile:10%.6.sparm morphology: 65%.7.other cells:leukocytes:3-5/hpf,epith.cell:1-2/hpf.RBC:nill.8.sperm viability:70%.9.sperm clumping :absent.10.fructose:not done.11.sperm antibodies: not done.12.opinion:normozoospermia.is this report normal or have any problem?pls reply me.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
The following things can be inferred from the semen analysis report you have posted.
1. Volume of 1 ml is on the lower side of normal limit.
2. Liquification seems to be okay but the time of liquification has not been mentioned.
3. pH is alright.
4. Sperm count of 85 million per ml is within normal limits.
5. Sperm motility of 60% active is good.
6. Sperm morphology of 65% normal sperms is good.
7. Other cells, sperm visibility and no clumping suggests that there is no indication of infection in the testis.
Some of the parameters like fructose test and sperm antibodies are not done.
Hence, the report can be considered as normal.
