Total sperm count - 98 million/ml,active motile - 70%,sluggish motile - 05 ! , non motile -25 ^ , pus cells 2-4 now tell me sir can i ready to conceive a baby boy. Because i want a baby boy. You think why i want a baby boy? Because i have daughter named tanvi of 5 years old tell me what i do?

There is no test in this world to tell you how you can have a baby boy or girl. There is a scientific description which you must check on the internet about natural selection of sex as per the X and Y chromosomes. To put it in simple words, it is in no-one's authority to assign the sex to a child, irrespective of the sperm test results. You do not need any treatment, test or doctor consultation. And you must not be stressed about the sex of the child you plan to have, because it will not help you.
