What Does this semen Analysis Result Mean?

Hi sir this is jagtar here sir i want to know about my semen test my semen physical examination is - volume-2.0, colour Grey, pH- alkaline, liquification time - 38 minutes, viscocity - thick and microscopic examination....... Total sperm count - 98 million/ml,active motile - 70%,sluggish motile - 05 ! , non motile -25 ^ , pus cells 2-4 now tell me sir can i ready to conceive a baby boy. Because i want a baby boy. You think why i want a baby boy? Because i have daughter named tanvi of 5 years old tell me what i do?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description of lab results, your semen analysis report is normal.
There is no test in this world to tell you how you can have a baby boy or girl.
There is a scientific description which you must check on the internet about natural selection of sex as per the X and Y chromosomes.
To put it in simple words, it is in no-one's authority to assign the sex to a child, irrespective of the sperm test results.
You do not need any treatment, test or doctor consultation. And you must not be stressed about the sex of the child you plan to have, because it will not help you.
