Hello Sir,

Welcome to Health Care Magic. I have gone through your query and I understand your concern.

The values your semen analysis report are quite normal for your age.
The pH value together with the very few number of leukocytes you are describing, makes me think that you might have an infection, because there are not normally found leukocytes, and the pH i normally lower than 8.0.

Regarding the semen volume, it is quite normal. I think you missed a number on the sperm count number, but I would say that the normal range is 20 million spermatozoa per ml. Regarding the motility, normal range is greater than 50 percent sperm with forward movement, or 25 percent with rapid movement within 1 hour of ejaculation, as in your case, totally normal (40%+15%).
Regarding the morphology, your sperm has normal shape.

Hope I answered to your question. For further concerns don't hesitate to ask again.

Take Care,
Dr. Ina Zaimi
