What Does this semen Analysis Test Result Mean?

hi i am 34 years old.i have sperm liquifaction 6 hrs, sperm volume 4ml,sperm count 10.8 millions,ph=8,morphology 60% good,motility( 3% mobile,12%sluggish and 85% immobile),u/s doppler testicle normal.i took carnivita forte for 3 months and i repeat the test volume=2.5ml,count =11 millions,motility 15% sluggish and 85% immobile,liquifaction 6 hrs.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis is as follows:
The volume of semen sample is normal.
the liquefaction time for semen is increased. Normal semen should liquefy within 20-60 minutes.
Increased liquefaction time occurs due to infection or presence of inhibitors in semen.
The pH and morphology are within range.
The sperm count is also low. Sperm count should be more than 15 million / ml.
The motility is low. The motility should be at least 40 % which includes progressive and non-progressive motility.
Thus, Chances of conception reduce if motility of the sperms is low.
