What Does this sperm Analysis Result Mean?

hi doc my sperm appearance is like according to my report is as follows pls let me know whether it is on standard parameters or not
PH 8.5, volume 2,0 ml, colour: normal, viscocity: increased
sperm concentration
total sperm 82.9
total ejaculate 165.8
sperm motility
progressive (A) 60%
non progressive (B) 10%
immotile (C) 30%
motility (A+B)

morphology
normal morphology 17%
head defects 1%
midpiece defects 2%
tail defects 0%

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the sperm analysis is as follows:
The volume, pH, colour are within normal range.
Viscosity is mildly increased which can the case in case of infections.
The total sperm count is within range.
The motility of the sperms is also normal.
60% of the sperms have progressive motion which is a normal finding.
However, the morphology of sperms is subnormal.
Atleast 50% of the sperms should have normal morphology but in your case only 17% have normal morphology.
Consult your treating doctor for further action.
