What Does this stool Test Result Mean?

Hi, I am 24 years old male. I am having problems in my gut (Constipation some times diarrhea - abdominal pain) I did a stool test: ::((MACROSCOPIC EXAMINATION)):: Odour Offensive Colour Brown Consistency Soft Blood Nil Mucus Nil ::(MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION):: WBC/HPF 2-4 RBC/HPF 2-4 Ova/Cyst/Amoeba/HPF Nil Report : Culture negative for Salmonella species.,Shigella species and Vibrio species. What do you think?

Your tests are normal. If the problem is acute then you seems to be suffering from gastoenteritis. Consult your gastroenterologist who will perscribe you appropriate regimen of antibiotics.
