Today i went for ultra scan and below are the reports BPD:7.7cm HC:28.5cm AC: 27.7cm FL: 5.7 FHR: 121BPM EFW: 1724grms EDD/CUA: 20.11.2014 placenta is seen in anterior wall, mid segment with grade 1 maturity amniotic fluid is adequate with AFI of 13.2cm
Can you please tell what is placenta anterior wall with grade 1 maturity.
1.All the parameters in the report seems to be with in normal limits. Your LMP would have been helpful. 2.Placenta anterior wall - which means its attached anterior wall of the uterus. 3.Usally 1 st 0 2nd trimester the grade 1-2 is normal. It depending on the echo-texture bright, drack and any calcification, lakes and so on. Its normal not to worry. 4.AFI - amniotic fluid index - with in limits. 5.Gestational age is around 31 weeks, all parameters corresponds. Good luck.
