Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your urine report with normal urine analysis:
Color – Yellow__________________normal
Clarity/turbidity – Clear_____________slight hazy______slight abnormal
pH – 4.5-8________________________normal
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025_________________normal
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d________________________nil ___normal
Ketones – None____________________________nil__normal
Nitrites – Negative________________________nil ___normal
Leukocyte esterase – Negative________________________nil ___normal
Bilirubin – Negative________________________nil ___normal
Urobilirubin – Small amount (0.5-1 mg/dL)________________normal
RBC - ≤3 RBCs__________________________________normal
Protein - ≤150 mg/d________________________nil ___normal
epithelial cells - ≤15-20 squamous epithelial cells/hpf_____normal
Crystals – Occasionally_______as a mucus thread_____normal
Bacteria – None____________________few bacteria.

So presence of bacteria and slight hazy apperance mainly due to mild urinary tract infection. I advice you go for urine culture for confirmation of urinary tract infection.
I prescribed following advice and medicine in this tyoe of case:
Tablet sptran plus pyridium, syrup cital 2 teaspoonful in half glass of water, antiseptic nitrozolium, drink lost of water, drink juice of cranberry, always empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty the bladder.
Hope this will help you in treating mild urinary tract infection.
So consult the local doctor and take proper treatment.

Best regards
Dr. Sagar
