What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?
In the 1st ultrasound of pregnancy which was TVS my tropoblastic reaction was good and regular. Yolk sac was seen.Everything was normal. But there was no cardiac activity within 6 weeks. Just to confirm the cardiac activity we again went for ultrasound but this time no TVS. This time the report was so different from the first report. Mine already 7 weeks 6 days are over. In this report it is seen no fetal pole no cardiac activity. And thin tropoblastic reaction. Kindly requesting you to answer my question and what can I accept next? Or should I go for another sonography after some days

Hi I think you can wait for one more week and then can get a ultrasound done again after that. It can happen sometimes due to a delayed implantation or due to anembryonic pregnancy.
