What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?

Hi,29yrs old female and unmarried girl.living in Mumbai. I have 7.7*6.5cm endometriotic cyst on my left ovary and 3cm endometriotic cyst on right ovary.Next week I m going for a laparoscopic for the first time.Post surgery to avoid endometriosis doc may give me lupron injection ,but I m scared to take it as I have read many side effects of lupron. Please guide is it true that lupron have mental side effects ?? I am getting panic after knowing its side effects .please guide.

Leuroreline ( lupron) is given in the female for ENDOMETRIOSIS.
As you stated that there are so many side effects like mental side effects or panic disorder , I want to tell you that no such side effects develop due to this injection , so don't get panic , just take the injection as advise by your treating doctor .
