Reports I. Uterus: 6.2x5.2 x 4.1 cm; retroverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern. No uterine masses seen II. Endometrium: 0.93 cm; Heterogenous with intact subendometrial halo. Consider blood/blood clots within the endometrial caviyy. The endometrium appears forked at the fundalmost portion, suspicious of a septated versus an arcuate uterus. III. ADNEXAE: ovary: 2.9 x 3.0x 1.9 cm, lateral to the uterus Left ovary: 2.3 x 2.3 x 1.7 cm, lateral to the uterus Both ovariws contains follicles, with the largest follicle seen on the right. No adnexal masses seen. IV. Cervix: 3.0 x 2.7 x 2.5 cm, homogenous , nabothian cyst: none V. Others: minimal clear free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Impression Normal sized retroverted uterus -consider a septated versus an arcuate uterus Intact heterogenous endometrium, to consider blood/ blood clots within the uterine cavity Unremarkable bilateral ovaries with the leading follicle on the right. Minimal clear cul de sac fluid. Hi Im recently turned 18 this january and since 13 I never tried to have a regular menstration. Before I frequently suffered from heavy bleading until now that would last for almost 2 weeks.. I also suffered from dysmenorrhea but wont last for more than 24 hours.. I discharge those formed jelly blood..and I cant guess when will my menstruation would stop.. Now Im having my mens for almost a month now.. This is not the first time that this took this long.. But I never tried to have less than two weeks menstruation ever. Please I wanna know what are your insights and treatments for this. I would love to get a reply from you doctors.
