What Does this uterine Ultrasound Result Mean?
moderate dilation of right PC system and upper ureter. 6mm long segment of luminal narrowing and asymmetric calcification in right upper ureter probabaly stricture. 3*4*6 mm calculus in right reneal pelvis. Mild dilation of left PC system and entire ureter. Urinary bladder is empty with foleys bulb in situ. It reveals irregular thickened walls. Right kidney measures 11.0*59 cm and Left kidney 10.4*5.2cm in size. Rest of both kidneys appear normal. Please suggest treatment

The ultrasound shows presence of stones in collecting system of kidney.
The stone needs to be removed by lithotripsy or surgically.
