What Does this Throat Aerobic Culture result Mean?

Hi I have done Throat Swab Aerobic. The results are as follows,
Direct Smear : Occasional pus cells. epithelial cells
Grams Stain : Few Gram positive cocci in pairs and scattered.Few Gramnegative bacilli
seen.
Isolation 1 : No pathogens isolated

What does the above findings in the report mean

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The throat swab shows presence of pus cells which are neutrophils and epithelial cells.
There is presence of bacteria both round shaped and rod shaped. These bacteria are normal inhabitants of throat.
However, no specific bacteria is isolated thus there is no disease causing bacteria isolated on throat swab.
Only normal inhabitants are seen.
