What Does 10-15 Wbc/pus Cells, Plenty Of RBC Shown In CUE Urine Test Mean?

hi,
3 days back I found blood in my urine, so I went to a urologist. He asked me to get ultra sound scan and KUB x ray done. He was looking for a stone in either bladder or kendey. But both the reports were clear.
So, he prescribed CUE urine test. the results show 10-15 wbc/pus cells, plenty of rbc (dont know why plenty and not a specific number). What can be the problem ?? Hunner's ulcer?? Infection?

Hi welcome to HCM....

Here uribe report showing many rbcs and few pus cells ...
Stone is not present ...

So chance of cystitis , urethritis , sexually transmitted disease , bladder ulcer can be there ...

So urogenital causes has to searched first with urine culture , urethroscopy (if needed) etc like investigation....

According to cause treatment guided ...
Ex...Antibiotic course might given according to culture report

Drink more water and fruit juice

If still cause not clear CBC and APTT, PT done to exclude thrombocytopenia and coagulation abnormality ...
